Auto-Segmentation
Scan incoming messages for specific keywords, helping you streamline your workflow.
Auto-segment will not scan messages that you send.
Inboundly will scan incoming messages for specific keywords that you define for lists, and automatically segment leads into lists based on these keywords, helping you streamline your workflow.
To set up auto-segmenting, click the gear icon within a list, then click “Auto-Segment”.
Adding Keywords
If you add keywords, Inboundly will instantly scan your current messages and add the necessary leads.
Click “Add Keywords”, then follow the instructions. You can add one word, or multiple words separated by commas. Once you add keywords, Inboundly will automatically add leads who match the auto-segment rules.
Removing Keywords
If you remove keywords, leads who were added through those keywords will not be removed from the list.
Simply click the “X” icon beside the keyword you want to remove. Your changes will be auto-saved.
